Please note that as of March 1, 2023, Fripp Resort Management has instituted a 12.8% resort fee on the base rental amount in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities. 

Two (2) Resort Guest Cards are included in the weekly (7 night) rental cost if you choose to use the amenities, however the 12.8% resort fee still applies.  Additional cards are available for purchase.  Use of two golf carts are also included in the weekly (7 night) rental cost.  Resort Guest Cards cards may be purchased at our cost ($35-$50 depending on season) for rentals of less than one week or if additional passes are needed.  Only children older than 12 need a card.  Golf carts can be rented for $250 for stays shorter than the weekly (7 night) rental.  Cleaning fee of $200 applies for all stays.  Refundable security deposit of $500 required.
