We stayed at Rolling Tides Fripp for our family vacation. We had all of our kids and grandkids with us. We love Fripp island and have been coming here for about the last 10 years for our summer vacations. We were pleasantly surprised with all that this place had to offer. We ate in most nights and all kitchen utensils and cookware were provided. The kids were excited with the bunk room that even had a toy box included. Every bedroom had its very own bathroom which added so much convenience and privacy to every family that we had with us. The added golf carts that were included were the most convenient amenity! We love going for rides after dinner and seeing all the deer, not to mention, going to get ice cream at the clubhouse area. During our trip we had a bad storm that caused a power outage, Keith and Katie were so kind to keep us informed with updates as to when we might get power back. Overall everyone was happy and had a wonderful time! Thanks for a great week!

Our family has been vacationing at Fripp Island for years, and we've stayed in many different rental homes over that time. None of them have compared to Rolling Tides. Once we discovered this home, it quickly became our favorite, and we've made it a point to reserve our week a year in advance to make sure we don't miss out. We've rented Rolling Tides for many consecutive summers, and several years we've even stayed for multiple weeks because we enjoy it so much. The location is fantastic—it's conveniently close to the marina and its pool, which is typically much less crowded than the others. It's also just a short golf cart ride to the beach, restaurants, and all of Fripp's other amenities. The house is always spotless when we arrive, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything our family needs for a comfortable stay. It's also incredibly spacious. Even with our group of nine, everyone has plenty of room to spread out and relax without ever feeling crowded. One of the biggest perks is that the rental includes two golf carts, which is hard to beat. Having two carts makes getting everyone around the island easy and is a tremendous value compared to renting them separately. Rolling Tides truly feels like a home away from home. We couldn't recommend it more highly, and we look forward to making many more family memories here for years to come.

We have been coming to Fripp for over 25 years and Rolling Tides has been our favorite rental. The location is perfect and having 2 golf carts is ideal for our large family. We booked Rolling Tides mainly for the space and location, and it delivered on both. The house is spotless, the layout works great for families, and the two golf carts made getting around the island super easy. The screened porch became our nightly hangout spot. As a pickleball player, I loved how close we were to the newly renovated Racquet Club. The updated courts look brand new — fresh surfaces, better fencing, and more dedicated pickleball courts than before. The clinics and round robins were well run and a fun way to meet people. If you want a comfortable, well‑kept house with quick access to great pickleball, Rolling Tides is hard to beat.

Enjoyed the best girls trip at Rolling Tides. It rained a majority of our trip, so we spent a lot of time at the house- in fact we never even moved the car after we arrived! The kitchen was the most stocked/organized of any place I’ve ever stayed. Beach was easily walkable and we caught one sunset a couple of houses down over the marsh area. This is one of my favorite times to be on the island. It’s almost like you have your own “private” island. Rolling Tides is a phenomenal house. We have stayed there multiple times and it’s great for big families or multiple families. 4 bedrooms and each has their own private bathroom! Lots of space to hang out with the living room and big dining room table in the same space. It has a large bunk room for when you are tired of the kids running around (or the kids get tired of you!) I love that once you pull onto the island, you don’t have to get back into your car until you go to leave the island. The 2 golf carts that are provided and included in the price of the house help you save the expense of renting one or two and are awesome to do some exploring around the island. It takes literally 3 minutes to get to the best beach access on the island and we always love to fish from the bridge, the beach, or the pier at Wardles Landing. Great time and a great house to reconnect with family and friends. I would highly recommend Rolling Tides for your next Fripp Island stay! PS…keep an eye out for deer…we saw them everyday in the back yard and you can watch them from the dining room window or sitting on the back screened in porch!

My family came down with another family for Thanksgiving break. We have stayed at Rolling Tides every time we come to Fripp for the last 4 years. This house is great for trips with other families. There is a big room with 2 bunk beds for the kids and plenty of room for the kids to hang out together and watch tv or play some games. There are 2 golf carts for you to use and that saved us several hundred dollars not having to rent them from the island That definitely helps make Rolling Tides a great value. There’s a great dining room table that both of our families were able to sit at together for meals and more importantly, some really fierce games of Scattagories. Winters and the time between Thanksgiving and Christmas are some of our favorite times to visit. The island is magical with all of the Christmas lights up around the beach club. We love the fact that each of the 4 bedrooms has a private bathroom. No jockeying for showers. (Even with everyone showering around the same time we always had hot water.) We love this house and this island. We will be back to Rolling Tides! Keith and Katie are great host and always available to answer any questions you might have.

This has been our favorite home at Fripp so far and we have stayed in many! This home has all of the things you need for a family of varying ages and is very clean! Here are some things we have never experienced in a previous beach house rental. Beach towels, 2 golf carts, baby gear (booster seats, pack-n-play, tons of kid-proof dishes and silverware), crock pot, 2 coffee makers, TV on the screened-in porch, and more! The location is a straight shot to a great beach access that is never too crowded, as well as, right next to the marina, small store, and main restaurant on the island. You will always have a family of deer in the private backyard to watch grazing. Lastly, the layout of the bedrooms and overall house plan was perfect for us (3 couples with 6 children). We even had a spare bunk that wasn't used.

Our grandchildren loved the backyard for baseball, and the outdoor shower was a big hit. The kitchen was large enough for several to work in and not crowd each other and it was very well stocked. We loved the large dining area that we could all be together. Having the two golf carts was an added plus. The location is so close to the beach access and right next to the marina. We just came back from a week on Fripp Island. This was the first visit to Fripp for my wife and me. We had with us our son and daughter-in-law, three grandkids, and their nanny. Rolling Tides was the absolutely perfect house for our family. From top to bottom, the bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms were sparkling, clean, and the kitchen was wonderfully appointed. All of the common space, including the living room, the decks, and the backyard were great. We played in the backyard, and watched the thunderstorms from the porch at night. I even got to pet a deer from the front yard. We scooted around the island in the golf carts, went to the beach and the pools during the day, and had pizza and ice cream at night. All of it made for a fantastic vacation. We will be back!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for multiple families. Our stay was for Pledge the Pink- breast cancer walk. The home was perfect as everyone had there own bathroom which made it great with getting ready for our walk. The kitchen is fully equipped and very large for cooking or hanging out. It was so neat to see all of the deer and how they would just hang out while you sat outside. The beach area is so close especially by a golf cart. This was my second time on Fripp Island and if Pledge the Pink comes back again I would definitely rent again. Our family stayed at Rolling Tides for my parents 50th anniversary trip. There were 10 of us and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook big breakfasts and dinners. The kids loved the bunk room. There?s plenty of space to play in there. We appreciated all the toys and games. My dad taught the kids to play monopoly while we were there. The screened porch is great to have! We watched deer and raccoons in the yard. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Love the hardwood floors and everything is decorated nicely. Having 2 golf carts made the week go much more smoothly! The kids love riding in the golf carts to go to the beach or get ice cream. The house was more than adequate for our family. Beds were comfortable. King size bed in Master bedroom, mattress the most comfortable that I have ever slept on! We loved the screened in porch and the upstairs front porch for early morning and evening coffee. The long dining room table was great for our group of 7. We spent a lot of time in evenings at this table playing trivia and card games. I loved the colors and decor in the house! This house is surrounded by palms and live oaks with moss. There is a feeling of privacy and being in your own little tropical island. The back yard is great for playing toss games. The deer were abundant in the yard at times as many as eight and they loved snacking on the grass. The kids loved watching this. The two included golf carts were a hit. My 17 and 18 year old grandchildren loved driving their siblings around the island and to and from the pools and beach. The house was clean and checking in and out was relatively easy. The owners were very informative and easy to work with. It doesn?t get any better than this!

Rolling Tides was well laid out and easy to check-in for my family of 5, my parents, and my brother, his wife, and their infant daughter. The location of the house was convenient to our favorite beach access at the end of Bonito road, as well as the daily popsicle run to the Marina for my little ones. The house, golf carts, and yard were all so clean and ready to allow us to come in and relax and really soak up all that Fripp Island has to offer. I would stay at this house everytime we visited Fripp Island. It was super clean. Everything was updated and well maintained. The owners immediately responded to any questions we had. I loved the location. The 2 golf carts that came with the house were way better than the gas powered one we rented separate of the home rental. I showered outside more than inside because the outdoor shower was so cool. 833 Bonito was amazing! The owners welcomed us with a hand-written note which was a special touch that set the tone for our vacation. The home was extremely clean and tidy, and well appointed with everything we needed. All of the rooms were spacious and each had their own bathroom plus an extra guest bath on the first floor, it was great! The 2 included golf carts were key and the location was a short ride to the beach or amenities. A short walk down Bonito and we had the best sunset viewpoint! We had a great time and look forward to our next Fripp trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Rolling Tides Fripp with absolutely no complaints! To start, Keith and Katie are very responsive to questions and provided excellent communication as we prepared for our trip. The reservation and payment process was smooth with a couple easy to use options. Upon check in, the first thing we noticed was how updated and clean the home was! The appliances are modern and in great condition, especially the refrigerator which had no issues keeping temp! (We've struggled with this at other rentals.) We were travelling with 2 families, a total party of 10, and this house offered plenty of sleeping and dining space. The bedrooms were great, each with it's own bathroom and TV. The bunk room was especially a hit with the kids! The backyard is amazing! There was plenty of space for the kids to throw a baseball or football. You don't often find that on the island. The BEST part was the frequent deer visiting the yard, in the morning and evening especially. It seemed anytime you looked out there would be a few wandering through the yard! Again, the kids loved it! The golf carts provided were in good condition as well. We discovered at one point that one of the carts needed a new battery. Keith took care of it immediately and ensured the repair didn't hinder our trip! We couldn't have asked for a better response! I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Rolling Tides Fripp. We will absolutely return to this rental again and greatly appreciated Keith and Katie sharing their home with us!

What's not to like about the property! There are so many great features! We particularly liked that each bedroom had an on-suite bathroom. It allowed for each couple/family to have their own bathroom. Loved this! Also loved the screened in porch outside - great to sit and read, even on rainy/gloomy days. Great location as well - property included 2 golf carts and it's super easy and convenient to get to the beach from the location (only about a 2 min golf cart ride to beach access)!

Everything was great! Having a bathroom for every bedroom (plus the half bath!) was super nice. The kitchen was well equipped and we took advantage of it and cooked most meals at home. We played one of the games provided with our teens (something about pop culture?) and it was so much fun! We played adults vs. teens and the old people won by 1 point. The golf carts were awesome. We took them to the beach almost every night for the sunset. We had been meaning to sign up for Hulu at home but hadn't gotten around to it. This made us do it because we don't have any other streaming services except Netflix. Love that the TV's automatically log us out when we leave (because yes, we forgot to do that). And now we're canceling our cable at home! Outside shower was lovely. Love the library of books! Thought I would finish the book I brought and leave it there, but I didn't finish it after all. Too much chatting with my family! Love that the house was a distance from the beach where you could walk it if you wanted to (sometimes we did!). Loved that the beds were made and ready to go upon arrival. After an 11 hour drive, I didn't feel like making beds! The house was absolutely perfect.

What a lovely stay we had on Fripp. The house is updated and clean with plenty of kitchen stuff. The kids had a blast in the bunk bed room. We loved using the golf carts to explore the island. You are a short walk from the marina and a short walk from the beach if you go the other direction. We had wifi issues on the first day which was NOT the owners fault and they were SO GREAT communicating with us on a Sunday and immediately had someone out to fix it. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Where do I begin? The communication with the home owner was fabulous. Michele is very friendly and really cares about making your stay relaxing and fun. The house was top notch. Not only does each bedroom have their own bathroom but each comes with enough bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths as well. The laundry area has about 10 beach towels as well. In the kids room, there was a toy box full of toys and our 3 yr old loved it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from pots and pans/bowls to a coffee pot and a crockpot. There was even silverware and plates/cups for the kids. The dining area sat 10 of us comfortably to eat or just work a puzzle. Not only does every bedroom/living room have a tv but the outdoor screened in porch has one as well. At night once it has cooled off, that back porch is perfect for popcorn/milkshake and a movie. The house even came with the quietest electric golf carts ever. They were fantastic and never went dead. The outside shower was great when we came back from the beach and wanted to shower off before going inside so we didn?t track sand. The location is right down the street from the marina so you are close to the Boathouse Restaurant and the Marina store. You will not be disappointed with this place at all.

We just enjoyed our 2nd stay at Reale Island Time. This house is a great option for two families or a large family. Since we visited during the Covid period and could not visit dine-in restaurants, we appreciated that the kitchen is well equipped and the charcoal grill is newer. Also, the two golf carts are just fast enough that you will not slow traffic. Lastly and probably most important, Michele is extremely helpful and easy to communicate with.

Great property for a large family. Bunk room was fun and cute for our grandchildren and the 'every bedroom has its own bath' was perfect for the grownups. Last week marked my fourth consecutive summer vacationing on Fripp Island with college friends and family. Michele and her family are very easy to work with and responsive in coordination. The location is ideal, close to the boat ramp, Bonito Grill, marina store, and events center. The property comes with two golf carts and is equipped with everything you need including beach towels, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, large dining table, televisions in every room (including the screened porch), and a large outdoor shower. Beds are comfortable with in-suite bathrooms and a half bath downstairs. Michele goes out of her way to ensure your visit is memorable.

This is a great house for families with all the essentials included for the perfect Fripp island stay. Our group included 4 adults and six young children. This was our very first visit to Fripp Island and we LOVED it. The house is newer construction, well located, private, beautifully furnished and very livable for our group of 7. We lived on the screened in back porch in the evenings after a days at the beach and pool. The guys loved the flat screen TV on the porch. Golf carts are provided with the rental, getting around this beautiful island was super easy and we did not have to deal with a cart rental company. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The cute kitchen is also very well appointed. The house is located in between the Marina and the beach, very close to golf and resort amenities. Access is to the resort is available thru the owners. The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful with both the house and things to do on the Island. We are already planning our return trip this fall.

We loved Bonito House! It was nearby other homes but you felt secluded because the house was surrounded by beautiful Palm tree and Live Oaks adorned with Spanish Moss. We spent a lot of time out on the Sun Porch relaxing and listening to the birds and tree frogs. The outdoor ceiling fan made the room very comfortable; and the outdoor television was a great plus! What a wonderful back yard that allowed the children to enjoy themselves playing yard games. And we frequently had several deer visit the yard, relaxing and eating the grasses. The upstairs balcony was so awesome, you could sit and watch people going up and down the street but you were totally hidden from view! Great place for morning coffee. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and pans for shrimp and lobster. The charcoal grill was great for making shish kabobs. The dining room table was perfect for our group of eight, as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. Great having a half bath on the first floor. All beds were comfortable especially the Master King Bed mattress, which I wanted to take home with me. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of Bonito House and the fact that it was bug free which was amazing because those tiny critters always somehow get inside. Also Michele was quick to answer any questions that I had and also telephoned promptly about a very minor issue. Her attentiveness was much appreciated! And of course it is great that this wonderful house is on one of the most beautiful and fun Islands in the USA! Thanks for the two activity cards and the two awesome golf carts. Great Fall Break destination for my family and our friends (4 adults and 4 children ages ranging from 6 to 11). This was our 3rd vacation on Fripp Island and we always stay at Michele's house! My husband loves to fish and spent mornings and evenings on the pier at Wardle's Landing. We would spend half the day at the beach and half the day at The Cabana Club. And if anyone was ever needed a break from the sand and swimming we would take a golf cart drive or bike ride around the island to look at deer and check out the sites. Even Tropical Storm Julia which kept us indoor all day on the Wednesday of our trip didn't stop our fun. We played games, watched movies and cooked great meals. We had two wonderful meals at the Bonito Boathouse and at the house the rest of the time. We never even ventured off the island. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room. We would highly recommend this destination and this house!

This was our 5th trip to Fripp Island and we have rented the Bonito House three times including our vacation this year. The house is very well maintained and in an excellent location with the major amenities less than a 5 minute golf cart ride including the Veranda Beach pools, Beach Club shops, restaurants, pools and exercise room, and the marina with another pool, restaurant, and marina store. The house is set up nicely for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) and can easily accommodate 10 as we did not even use one bedroom. The bunk room is great for the kids with a large flat screen and DVD player for those evening movies. An additional flat screen has been added to the screened-in porch and that was a huge hit with my grandchildren - sitting on the porch in the morning with a bowl of cereal and the cartoon network was their favorite way to start the day. Great internet service! Having 2 golf carts is also a very big plus. Everything about the Bonito House is as advertised - very nice house and extremely good location on Fripp Island. We have never had a major problem with any items and anytime I called Michele with a question or concern, she has always been very responsive. I would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

We have been coming to Fripp for almost 15 years staying in a variety of locations on the island. This was our first time on Bonito, and loved it! The house is perfect! Every room has its own bathroom, plus a half bath downstairs. The doors have keyless entry so no one has to keep up with keys, and there are 2 golf carts. The beach access is very convenient, and we never had an issue finding golf cart parking. The marina is also close for those few things you might need. TVs in every room, and a variety of books and movies to choose from. Michele is very responsive, and easy to work with! Definitely give this house an excellent rating!

What a great get away. I cannot say enough great things about Fripp, but feel that Michele and her house had a large part of creating that experience. Centrally located to the pool, beach, and marina, we could explore the entire island all day every day. Such a great place to cook at, entertain at, and relax at. Since it was our first time at Fripp, Michele made us feel like we were locals. We knew what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. We had such a magical experience which we hope to make as an annual vacation for years to come! The house had that great island style and laidback feel. There was room for everyone. We have been coming to Fripp for 4 years now, and with each year we stay at a different house in hopes to find that one that we will always return to. This house definitely hits the top of our list! It had everything you could ever need while on vacation, and the owner was so wonderful checking on us to make sure we did not have any issues. Having 2 golf carts made it so convenient for our 2 families. We spent the majority of our time on the screened porch - having a TV out there is a really nice touch! We have just returned from a fantastic week at Fripp! This house far exceeded our expectations. We had planned a Summer vacation/family reunion. My parents, sister and niece met us down here. The location of the house couldn't be better. Easy access to all the things we love: Pool, Beach, and Marina. The layout of the house was just perfect for us. The queen room downstairs was a perfect, private setup for my parents. The upstairs master was super spacious and comfortable. The kids LOVED the bunk room. They spent much of their down time playing with all the toys in the chest. We utilized the well stocked kitchen daily and were able to make several large family meals. The screened porch was an added bonus. Perfect for sitting out there to listen to late afternoon rain. Everyone was sad that we had to go home. I'm looking forward to making a return trip soon!

We spent the week of August 22 in Fripp - hadn't been there in 18 years and our family had a fantastic time. The house was beautiful - clean, big, and very very comfortable. What a wonderful vacation retreat we have found! This home has everything you need and more! We had two families staying for the week (we had not vacationed together in years) 4 kids ages 10-12 and one teenager! We never felt like we were on top of each other or that we needed more space! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all lovely and very nicely decorated. The dining room table was great for large family dinners. The comfortable living room was perfect to watch movies in and play games. One of our favorite amenities was the screened in porch (the teenager is into painting and this gave her such a beautiful peaceful place to create her masterpieces!) Was also nice to hang out in during those occasional afternoon rain showers! Also loved the master bedroom porch to enjoy our coffee in the morning, before the kids woke up! The golf carts were great (and the brand new outdoor shower was really nice to visit right after a day at the beach). Michelle the owner was so easy to work with! Flexible and always responded back to me quickly if I had any questions. Loved this place and can't wait to go back.

The layout was excellent for our family and it was stocked extremely well with dishes, cups, silverware, etc. The owners were excellent to work with. The kids loved having two golf carts so we could go separate ways when desired. The location was an easy bike ride to the beach and the golf carts made it an easy ride to anywhere on the island. I loved taking my book onto the screened in porch and reading in the wonderful solitude. I would highly recommend the house and working with these owners. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Michelle was so easy to work with and proactive with everything. The house was beautiful and the kids loved the bunk bed room. The screened porch was perfect to sit out and talk or play games without any bug issues. The kitchen is perfect with all amenities to make meal prep very easy. The description and pictures shown on the website accurately portrayed our accommodations. We just got home from a great family vacation at Fripp Island. This was our third year visiting Fripp and this was our favorite home. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time on Fripp Island. This was our first extended family trip since having children. The house was perfect in many ways. We had three children under the age of four and the house was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. The bunk bed room worked out great for the kids. We had a wonderful time on Fripp. Extremely cozy home with wonderful bedrooms and baths and a TV in every room. Two porches - one to watch the sunrise and the other to watch the sunset. Having two golf carts was ideal as we could all easily explore the island together or split off in groups and do our own thing. The beach on Fripp is pristine and it was fun taking long walks on the sand. Even with some cool, rainy weather we had fun watching movies and working puzzles. My husband and I fell in love with Fripp Island four years ago and have vacationed there since then. Last May our youngest granddaughter was diagnosed with leukemia. She has been at St. Jude in Memphis on and off since then and she's had a rough road with her chemo. We decided to do a family vacation together this year, especially for her, and needed a larger house for all of us. This house was wonderful for our family. Spacious rooms with everything needed for an enjoyable vacation with four younger children. They loved the bunk room and turned it into their very own space. The kitchen was large enough for everyone to work in and was well stocked with everything needed. We have all decided we will rent the house again next year if possible. Great location and easy access to the beach and playgrounds. The weather was a little cold on a couple of days so we spent those days inside watching movies. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the televisions and DVD/Blu-ray players.

Our family has been coming to Fripp for over 20 years, staying in many homes on the island. We loved this home with its large kitchen stocked with lots of utensils and pans, a barbecue grill on the back porch where we could watch the deer come into the yard, and the golf carts we used to go everywhere. The rooms were nicely decorated and we appreciated that there were separate bathrooms for all the bedrooms as well as a guest bath. Lots of towels, even beach towels, were provided. The house was close to the marina, the Beach Club, Cabana Club, and a great beach access just over the bridge. This is a nice property with a caring owner. We loved our stay.

We spent our Fall Break at Fripp Island and loved it. It was the first time we have ever visited the resort and everyone enjoyed it - grandparents, parents, and kids ages five and eight. Golf carts are great and make it so easy to get to pools, beaches, the crab dock, and restaurants. We visited every pool except the adult-only pool and had fun at all of them. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. We had dinner at the restaurant at the marina twice and the food and service were great both times. The house is great (love the artwork) and could have easily slept more people than we had with us. We loved the screen porch and the porch off the master bedroom. We had fun making dinner in the kitchen and watching movies in the kids' bunk room. Deer would come right up to the steps of the house and there is a viewing area between the house and the marina for watching the sunset. We will visit again and when we do we will stay here again!

Our family just got back from a wonderful time in Fripp Island. This house was everything and then some. Having two golf carts was a huge plus as we had another family join us. We have small kids and the kid room was perfect for all three (all under four). They even had toys provided so that was a huge hit with the kiddos. It was nice having each room with its own separate bath as well. Unfortunately hurricane Isaac decided to drop a little rain that week but that didn't stop us from enjoying the screened in porch and the wraparound porch. The owners were great to work with all along and even called to see how our vacation was going. I've never experienced that kind of hospitality before from a rental. We will be back here next year for sure.

This was the third different house we have stayed at on Fripp Island and this was the best. The house was very clean on our arrival, had every amenity we would need for the week, and was very spacious. The location in the middle of the island was very convenient for all activities and touring. Michelle was excellent to work with from the reservation process to checking in to expectations for when we left. None of these expectations were unreasonable and seem to contribute to how well the rental is maintained. All the other reviews about every room are spot on. Our search for subsequent stays is already done - we are going back to this house.

My family and I have stayed at many houses on Fripp Island over the years and this is one of the best homes yet. It is more beautiful inside than the pictures show and accommodates my large family of ten with no problem. It had everything we needed and was very well maintained. Its location was perfect for us. As the description says, perfect for two families. We had an absolutely fabulous time on Fripp Island. Michele was awesome to work with. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. With four adults and two kids you would think you would be tripping over each other, but that was not the case. There was plenty of room for everyone. The girls loved the kids' bunk room equipped with a flat screen, DVD player, toys, and beanbag pillows. The laundry room upstairs was very convenient. Plenty of hot water for everyone's showers. The best part was the short golf cart ride to the beach, and with two carts (one for each family) getting around was a breeze. Access 21 to the beach is the closest and easiest access and less than five minutes from the house. The screened in porch is a nice bonus. The island was amazing - clean beaches and family oriented. We went during Spring Break and it was not crowded at all. The weather was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation or better home to spend it in. And did I mention the heated pool at the Cabana Club? Best value for the money hands down. Thanks again Michele for a great week.

I would highly recommend renting this property. The description was accurate in the listing. The photos were exactly what was there. The kitchen and amenities were top-notch and very high end. It was clean and welcoming. The bedrooms were spacious and each of the four bedrooms had its own bathroom - fantastic. The screened in porch was a favorite spot every night with the surround sound speakers. It added to the fun. Our rental property owner was the nicest. This was our first time visiting Fripp Island and renting a house. This house was wonderful. Very spacious and in a great location - close to the golf course, pools, marina, and the beach. Great bedroom for kids with bunk beds and a very family friendly living environment. With one bedroom on the main level and the other three upstairs, it makes it nice for families with kids as there can be a little separation. Each bedroom has its own bath which is very nice. It was very nice having a backyard and on almost any given evening we had deer visiting. The two golf carts that come with the house are a nice bonus. Wonderful home with plenty of items needed for the beach. The bunk beds and golf carts were the biggest hits. We enjoyed the laid back lifestyle and the food was excellent at the marina. The kitchen and home were well stocked for our needs. Thanks Michele.

We enjoyed our stay on Fripp Island. We loved the house and its location. The two golf carts were a great addition. When we return to Fripp we will definitely stay here again.

We loved our first stay on Fripp Island. The house was amazing. Two golf carts came in handy with our large crowd and I could not get my kids out of the bunk room.
