We spent the week of August 22 in Fripp - hadn't been there in 18 years and our family had a fantastic time. The house was beautiful - clean, big, and very very comfortable. The owners were so easy to deal with that it felt like we were staying at a friends house and not a rental. Having the golf carts were a big plus and a great way to get around the island. The kids took paddle boarding lessons which they highly recommended - the owners were super nice to them. All in all a lovely experience that we are looking forward to repeating.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at Fripp! This house far exceeded our expectations. We had planned a Summer vacation/family reunion. My parents, sister and niece met us down here. The location of the house couldn't be better. Easy access to all the things we love: Pool, Beach, and Marina. The layout of the house was just perfect for us. The queen room downstairs was a perfect, private setup for my parents. The upstairs master was super spacious and comfortable. The kids LOVED the bunk room. They spent much of their down time playing with all the toys in the chest. We utilized the well stocked kitchen daily and were able to make several large family meals. The screened porch was an added bonus. Perfect for sitting out there to listen to late afternoon rain. Everyone was sad that we had to go home. I'm looking forward to making a return trip soon!

What a wonderful vacation retreat we have found!! This home has everything you need and more!

We had two families staying for the week (we had not vacationed together in years) 4 kids ages 10-12 and one teenager! We never felt like we were on top of each other or that we needed more space! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all lovely and very nicely decorated.

The dining room table was great for large family dinners. The comfortable living room was perfect to watch movies in and play games.

One of our favorite amenities was the screened in porch (the teenager is into painting and this gave her such a beautiful peaceful place to create her masterpieces!) Was also nice to hang out in during those occasional afternoon rain showers!

Also loved the master bedroom porch to enjoy our coffee in the morning, before the kids woke up!

The golf carts were great (and the brand new outdoor shower was really nice to visit right after a day at the beach)

Michelle the owner was so easy to work with! Flexible and always responded back to me quickly if I had any questions.

Loved this place and can't wait to go back.

This was our 2nd stay at this house. Wonderful location and easy access to everything. Very roomy for 2 families. My grandson especially loved the kids room. Outside shower is wonderful. A/C works great! The layout of the house is great. Owner is so nice and such a pleasure to work with. Will be back.

We have been coming to Fripp since 2007. This was our first stay at this house. It was lovely. The layout was excellent for our family and it was stocked extremely well with dishes, cups, silverware, etc. The owners were excellent to work with. The kids loved having two golf carts - so we could go separate ways when desired. The location was an easy bike ride to the beach and the golf carts made it an easy ride to anywhere on the island. I loved taking my book onto the screened in porch and reading in the wonderful solitude. I would highly recommend the house and working with these owners. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!!

Michelle was so easy to work with and proactive with everything. The house was beautiful and the kids loved the bunk bed room. The screened porch was perfect to sit out and talk or play games without any bug issues. The kitchen is perfect with all amenities to make meal prep very easy. My kids loved playing kickball in the backyard and there were several times that the game had to stop to allow for the deers to slowly walk through. Would stay here again and actually hoping to plan another getaway here very soon.

This house is in a great central location and very well maintained. Having two golf carts is a big advantage if you have more than 4 in your party. You will find traveling by golf cart is the preferred way of travel on Fripp. Watching the deer out of the kitchen window at dinner was very relaxing. You will not be disappointed with this house or the owners.

We have been staying in Michele's home for years. It is our go-to for our 2-family joint vacation. The 2 golf carts are a must have and the bunk room is a fun and roomy place for kiddos to hang out. The screened back porch is a favorite hang out for adults after the kids are in bed. The dining area is spacious and the kitchen had all the amenities of home. Michele continues to make efforts to keep the house in great condition, making improvements as needed. We LOVE this house!

We just got home from a great family vacation at Fripp Island. This was our third year visiting Fripp and this was our favorite home! It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kids LOVED the bunk room. Toys are provided as well! We loved having 2 golf carts to travel around the island and to take to the beach. We cooked at the home during the week, and the kitchen was well stocked! The guys loved the charcoal grill. I enjoyed watching the deer in the back yard from the screened porch! Michele was a very helpful owner! Fripp Island is our favorite vacation spot!

My brother and I took our families to Michele's home for our annual trip to Fripp. The home was big enough for both families and the kid's loved the bunk bed room. I liked having one bedroom downstairs. It gave my husband and I our own little place away from the rest of the group. The screened porch was my favorite place to sit and read early in the mornings.

We had a wonderful time on Fripp island. This was our first extended family trip since having children. The house was perfect in many ways, we had three children under the age of four and the house was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. The bunk bed room worked out great for the kids. The the kitchen, great room and porch offered a nice space for us all to hang out. It's a short little golf cart ride to all the island attractions, which we all enjoyed, golfing, beach going, poolside, shopping, and eating out. We loved the island and would highly recommend this house! We plan to visit again and hope to stay in this same house if available. Thanks again!

My husband and I fell in love with Fripp Island four years ago and have vacationed there since then. Last May our youngest granddaughter was diagnosed with leukemia. She has been at St. Jude in Memphis on/off since then and she's had a rough road with her chemo. We decided to do a family vacation together this year, especially for her, and needed a larger house for all of us. This house was wonderful for our family!!! Spacious rooms with everything needed for an enjoyable vacation with four younger children. Needless to say, they loved the bunk room and turned it into their very own space. The kitchen was large enough for everyone to work in and was well stocked with everything needed. We have all decided we will rent the house again next year if possible; great location, easy access to the beach and playgrounds. The weather was a little cold on a couple of days so we spent those days inside watching movies; only recommendation we have would be to upgrade the televisions and dvd/blue ray players.

We had a wonderful time on Fripp. Extremely cozy home with wonderful bedrooms and baths and yes, a TV in every room...two porches, one to watch the sunrise and the other to watch the sunset. Having two golf carts was ideal, as we could all easily explore the island together and/or split off in groups and do our own thing. The beach on Fripp is pristine and it was quite fun taking longs walks on the beach. Even with some cool, rainy weather we had fun watching movies and working puzzles.

Michele could not have been more helpful or more responsive prior to and during our stay. She had provided detailed information about Fripp and the property. Thanks Michele for making our Spring Break trip planning so easy!

I would definitely recommend this home to anyone planning to stay on Fripp.

Our family has been coming to Fripp for over 20 years, staying in many homes on the island. We loved this home with its large kitchen stocked with lots of utensils and pans, barbecue grill on the back porch where we could watch the deer come into the yard, and the golf carts we used to go everywhere. The rooms were nicely decorated and we appreciated that there were separate bathrooms for all the bedrooms as well as a guest bath. Lots of towels, even beach towels provided. The house was close to the marina, the Beach Club, Cabana Club, and a great beach access just over the bridge. This is a nice property with a caring owner. We loved our stay.

This trip was to introduce 2 other couples to our favorite place-Fripp. This house worked well for 3 couples with baths for each bedroom and a large kitchen that made preparing meals for 6 easy. The added advantage was the 2 Golfcarts which we normally have to rent. There were no children with us, but the "bunk room" would be wonderful for children. The owner was easy to work with and very nice.

We spend our Fall Break at Fripp Island and loved it. It was the first time we have ever visited the resort and everyone enjoyed it (Grandparents, Parents and Kids - age 5 & 8). Golf carts are great and make it so easy to get to pools, beaches, crab dock and restaurants. We visited every pool except the adult only pool and had fun at all of them. Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. We had dinner at the restaurant at the Marina twice and food and service were great both times. House is great (love the artwork) and could have easily slept more folks then we had with us. Loved the screen porch and porch off the master bedroom. We had fun making dinner in the kitchen and watching movies in the kids bunk room. Deer would come right up to the steps of the house and there is a viewing area in between the house and the marina for watching the sunset. We will visit again and when we do we will stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect. We loved the location with such easy access to the beach, Cabana pool, and Marina. Having two golf carts was wonderful. The bunk room is really great for children-sleeping and playing. Michele was so helpful with information on everything on the island and others nearby. We participated in lots of activities, including the golf cart parade on the 4th. I would definitely stay here again when we visit Fripp in the future.

Our family just got back from a wonderful time in Fripp Island. This house was everything and then some! Having 2 golf carts was a huge plus as we had another family join us. We have small kids and the kid room was perfect for all 3 (all under 4). They even had toys provided so that was a huge hit with the kiddos. It was nice having each room with it's own separate bath as well. Unfortunately hurricane Isaac decided to drop a little rain that week but that didn't stop us from enjoying the screened in porch and the wrap around porch. The owners were great to work with all along and even called to see how our vacation was going! I've never experienced that kind of hospitality before from a VRBO rental. We will be back here next year for sure!

The house was just as advertised, and located on a great lot in the perfect area of the island. The reasons to rent this house are numerous, but first on my list is the fact that the bedrooms are perfectly set up for multiple families or large groups with children. Everyone had their own bath and the kids loved the bunkroom. You cannot go wrong with this property. It was well stocked with all the everyday items you need, and the golf carts are great to have. We had a blast and hope to be back soon.

WE LOVE FRIPP!!! We have stayed in the Reale's property for 4 years now... it is beginning to feel like our second home! It is always warm and welcoming. A very comfortable and relaxing place for all 10 of us from ages 4 on up! The kids love the bunk room and the toys that are provided by the owners. The adults enjoy the comfort of the beautiful master suite as well as the spacious floor plan -- plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and it is SO nice to have two golf carts to explore the island. The owner is so accommodating and always accessible to address every concern. I highly recommend this property. We will be back again next year!!

My family and I have stayed at many houses on Fripp Island over the years and this is one of the best homes yet. It is more beautiful inside than the pictures show and accomodates my large family of 10 with no problem. It had everything we needed and was very well maintained. It's location was perfect for us. It is close to the beach, fishing, marina and golf, and with two golf carts it made it very easy for some of us to golf while others enjoyed the beach. The island itself is our favorite place to go because of the beautiful scenery as well as a variety of things to do. The owner was very accomodating to our needs and I would definitely recommend this home to everyone.

This was the third different house we have stayed at on Fripp Island and this was the best. The house was very clean on our arrival, had every ammenity we would need for the week and very spacious. The location in the middle of the island was very convenient for all activites and touring. Michelle was excellent to work with from the reservation process, to checking in, to expectations for when we left. None of these expectations were unreasonable and seem to contribute to how well the rental is maintained. I don't want to make this too long, all the other reviews about every room are spot on. Our search for subsequent stays is already done, we are going back to this house.

We could not have asked for anything more in a family beach house!! Our boys were in bunk bed heaven in the bunk room. The house was so very comfortable,well stocked for every need and tastefully decorated. Michele is great to work with...really wants you to enjoy your stay. Michele's Fripp Island home is a true delight for holidaymakers! Three families had plenty of room to relax in the large number of provided comforts provided-lovely bedrooms, fantastic (and well stocked!) kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and a lot of care and thought gone into what travelers would like such as books, beach toys and towels, dvd players (and dvds!) for children and adults, not to mention a fabulous kids room with beanbags and additional toys. Screened in porch a real bonus and made the holiday fabulous. Would recommend without reservation and hope to return in the future! Michele is also exceptionally communicative and helpful with suggestions, etc., so you're bound to have an excellent trip.

As the description says, "Perfect for two families". We had an absolutely fabulous time on Fripp Island. Michele was awesome to work with, house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. With 4 adults and 2 kids you would think you would be tripping over each other. Not the case, plenty of room for everyone, the girls loved the kid's bunk room equipped with flat screen, dvd player, toys and bean bag pillows, they had a blast. Laundry room upstairs was very convenient. Plenty of hot water for everyone's showers. Best part was the short golf cart ride to the beach, and with 2 carts (one for each family) getting around was a breeze. Access 21 to the beach is the closest and easiest access and less than 5 minutes from the house. Screened-in porch is a nice bonus. This island was amazing, clean beaches, family oriented. We went during Spring Break, not crowded at all. Weather was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation or better home to spend it in. And did I mentioned the heated pool at the Cabana Club (Awesome!) Best value for the money hands down. Thanks again Michele for a great week!

This was our first trip to Fripp and we loved it. The house was perfect for our two families. The house was clean, the kitchen was equipped, the décor was updated and classy, the location was centralized to our needs and the price was right. Our favorite part of the house was the bunk room. It was well stocked with toys, TV, DVD player and beanbags…a perfect combination for four boys. We also loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom…what a big plus! The house was great. Michelle was easy to work with and replied quickly to all of our inquiries. We would definitely stay there again.

This house is perfect for a family vacation! The decor is very nice with thought and care for comfort and aesthetics. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped to prepare family meals or to blend up some cocktails. The whole family loved the screened in porch for relaxation and reading. During our trip, there was a lightening storm that fried the cable box in the living room, and our hosts worked extremely hard to get it remedied quickly. We have the highest regard for the hosts and property and happily recommend it!

We had a wonderful week on Fripp. This house was great. It was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. The kids really enjoyed the bunk bed room. The house is centrally located to everything. Fripp is lovely and we really enjoyed the use of the golf carts to get around the island. Our kids really enjoyed Kids Night Out with the Camp Fripp folks. If you want to experience Beaufort, SC, we would recommend the carriage tour of the historic district with a stop at the Foolish Frog on the way back to Fripp for an amazing dinner. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation home. Michele was wonderful to work with.

I would highly recommend renting this property. The description was accurate in the listing. The photos were exactly what was there. The kitchen and amenities were top-notch, very high end. It was clean and welcoming. The bedrooms were spacious and each of the 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom.....FANTASTIC. The screened in porch was a favorite spot every night with the surround sound speakers. It added to the fun. Our rental property owner was the nicest...we had a break down of our golf cart on the first day and she had it fixed by the next morning--very thoughful because it kept our vacation going without stress. We want to go back next year.

The kids had a blast in the bunk room (between the bunk beds and all the bean bags, I don't know what was the kids favorite).And the house is in a great location . . . the #22 beach crossover is so close and it's just a few minutes from the "Frog Pool" and all the playgrounds. Our 3 families really enjoyed our 4th of July Fripp Trip, and would definitely stay here again!! Michelle, thank you taking care of every detail to make our vacation awesome :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great with just a short ride (less than 5 minutes) to the beach. The description and pictures shown on the website accurately portrayed our accommodations. We loved the two golf carts...a must for vacationing at Fripp. The TV and DVD players were great for relaxing in the evenings after a strenuous day at the beach :) Michelle was extremely helpful and timely in responding to questions concerning our stay. We loved the screened in porch with its comfy furniture. The one downside was that there were no full length mirrors in the house and the master bath mirror was placed to high for my 5'2" height. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family as a place to stay.

My family and I just love this home!!! Can't say anything negative about the home and the homeowners. The home is warm, welcoming, and very spacious. It includes everything anyone would need for a nice relaxing vacation. It is in a great location (a stone's throw from a wonderful sunset spot and one of the restaurants). Really, really, enjoyed this house and Fripp. The kids room was perfect and we were pleased to find all the toys in the toy chest for the kids. The golf carts were a huge plus and ended up being our transportation for the week. This was our first time visiting Fripp Island and renting a house. This house was wonderful. Very spacious and a great location - close to golf course, pools, marina and the beach. Great bedroom for kids with bunk beds and very family friendly living environment. With one bedroom on the main level and the other three upstairs it makes it nice for families with kids as there can be a little bit of seperation - plus each bedroom has its own bath which is very nice!!!. It was very nice having a back yard and on almost any given evening we had deer visiting. The two golf carts that come with the house are a nice bonus. I would recommend this location to anyone and if we plan future trips to Fripp this house will be at the top of our list to rent.

This is our second year renting and had a wonderful stay in this home. It is very comfortable and well-maintained. We had 4 adults and 4 children and still had one room that we didn't use! We've rented at Fripp for 8 years now and this is our favorite rental house - that's why we've rented it 2 summers in a row. Looking forward to next year!

This is our 5th year renting July 4th weekend and this was the best house we have rented yet! Great central location that is close to the marina, beach and Cabana Pool. The floor plan was perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 6 kids. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the screened in porch and nice back yard also. Having the two golf carts was an added bonus. We plan on staying here next year too.

This house was awesome! We vacationed with another family and had a total of 6 boys plus 4 adults in the home. There was plenty of room for everyone! The bunk room for the kids was quite the hit! The kitchen was well stocked, there were sand toys for the kids, and toys in the bunk room for them to play with! No detail was left untouched. 2 golf carts were extremely nice having the two families there! We have rented several homes while vacationing and I have to say this is one of the best!

This house is in a perfect location as it is close to the beach, marina and the pools. The owners are extremely responsive and accomodating---- and do everything they can to make the vacation a memorable one. We enjoyed the two golf carts as it makes it so easy to get around the island. And the toys in the toy chest were a big hit for our two toddler boys. It was very difficult to get them to the beach as they wanted to play with all the legos, trucks, etc. Many thanks for a great introduction to Fripp.......we look forward to returning one day.

This is a lovely home conveniently located near the marina, the golf course, the nature center, the beach... Yet the surrounding trees and back yard provide plenty of privacy. It is a relaxing, well appointed home with plenty of outdoor space. The decor is beautiful, comfortable and roomy. The two golf carts are a wonderful bonus. The home owners are easy to communicate with and keep you well informed about the house and the Island. I would recommend this home to any renter, I know my family would like to stay there again when we make it back to Fripp.

Thanks Michele, for everything. We had a wonderful time! The house is in a perfect location, just a hop from the marina, beach, and pool. House had everything you needed, and the golf carts were so fun. This is an AWESOME rental!!!

WOW! We have stayed at Fripp for 4 years (in several rentals) and this was BY FAR our favorite. It was clean, well furnished & so kid friendly. Great location -- central to the pools, marina & beach. It was perfect for our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 children ages 1 - 9). Thanks so much to the Reale Family for being so well organized & accessible. We had a wonderful vacation & hope to return next year!!

This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for 10 people. It is close to everything--the marina, pools, beach, and great places to eat. The two golf carts are a great help to get around the island. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable for adults and children. You can't go wrong with this house.

Our family has stayed at this home 2 years in a row and love it! 4 adults and 5 children both times. Very nice floorplan with lots of privacy. Bedroom downstairs is handy for naps for the little ones or older folks who want to avoid extra stairs. Baths are nice and big. Fixtures and decor all very nice and current. Kitchen is huge, and the back yard was a nice place for the kids to see the deer in the evenings. We love the location as it's handy to get to the marina and all beaches. Nice porch off of the 2nd floor master bedroom for coffee and a morning paper! Michele is great to deal with and her home is cozy, clean, and nice.

Wonderful home with plenty of items needed for the beach. Obiviously the bunk beds and golf carts were the biggest hits. Enjoyed the laid back life style and the food was excellent at the marina. Kitchen and home was well stock for our needs. Thanks Michele.

We enjoyed our first visit to Fripp Island. We loved the house and its location. The two golf carts were very handy. We found Dobson Seafood Market and had fresh flounder and shrimp on the grill. We also had a great burger at Ocean Point Grill. We had dinner several times at Bonito Boathouse restaurant which is a short walk or golf cart ride away and it has great food. If you pick this house you will enjoy it.

Stayed in this home 9/08, loved the easy access to all activities on island, beach access was at end of street, comfortable home with alot of different areas for family to relax, play games, and children to have their own space in the Bunk-Bedroom, very child friendly with all the toys, library of books and great open and closed porches to relax in. 2 Golf carts with home made it very easy and fun to travel on the island....thanks...for a great vacation home to share with us. God willing we will be back next year.....

This house is super nice and spacious. We visit the island every summer and this is one of the nicer homes on the island. The bunk bed room is great for kids and adults too. The screened porches are so nice for relaxing. This house is equiped with everything you need to cook, play games or relax and watch the wildlife. The house is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is amazing! We would recomend this house to everyone. Thanks again!
