What a lovely stay we had on Fripp. The house is updated and clean with plenty of kitchen stuff. The kids had a blast in the bunk bed room. We loved using the golf carts to explore the island. You are a short walk from the marina and a short walk from the beach if you go the other direction. We had wifi issues on the first day which was NOT the owners fault and they were SO GREAT communicating with us on a Sunday and immediately had someone out to fix it. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Our stay was wonderful. Great location- near the marina, not far from the beach. Loved having the golf carts. The house itself was well appointed with just about everything you need. The owners were very timely in their responses and made sure everything was taken care of. Would recommend!

The home is close to everything and the owners have provided anything you could need to make your stay enjoyable. This made our 7th summer at Fripp and we all agreed this home is one or out favorites. . . Highly recommend this property and the owners.

Where do I begin?  The communication with the home owner was fabulous. Michele is very friendly and really cares about making your stay relaxing and fun. The house was top notch. Not only does each bedroom have their own bathroom but each comes with enough bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths as well. The laundry area has about 10 beach towels as well. In the kids room, there was a toy box full of toys and our 3 yr old loved it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from pots and pans/bowls to a coffe pot and a crockpot. There was even silverware and plates/cups for the kids. The dining area sat 10 of us comfortably to eat or just work a puzzle. Not only does every bedroom/living room have a tv but the outdoor screened in porch has one as well...GENIUS! At night once it has cooled off, that back porch is perfect for popcorn/milkshake and a movie. The house even came with the quietest electric golf carts ever. They were fantastic and never went dead. The outside shower was great when we came back from the beach and wanted to shower off before going inside so we didn’t track sand...haha. I cannot day enough about this location either as it is right down the street from the marina so you are close to the Boathouse Restaurant which is very good and also close to the Marina store...great for groceries and bait for fishing. You will not be disappointed with this place at all. Thank you again Michele for opening up your home and being so sweet.

We've stayed here several times now and always have a wonderful experience. The home is clean, well furnished and convenient to the beach and everything we want to do.

We just enjoyed our 2nd stay at Reale Island Time. This house is a great option for two families or a large family. Since we visited during the Covid period and could not visit dine-in restaurants, we appreciated that the kitchen is well equiped and the charcoal grill is newer. Also, the two golf carts are just fast enough that you will not slow traffic. Lastly and probably most important, Michele is extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. She was nice enough to help us with an issue my brother-in-law was having at a property that was not hers.

The entire rental process was very smooth and Michelle was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. Very comfortable accommodations and all 10 guests loved the home and were very satisfied with the comfort of the beds, as this has been a problem at other houses we have stayed in at Fripp in the past. But not this year!!! Will look at this house again in the future!
