This house was perfect for us (myself, husband, two teens, grandmother, and brother). Everyone had their own bathroom and plenty of space to spread out (or be together!). The screened in porch, outdoor shower, and well stocked kitchen made it so easy to come in from the beach and relax some more! The location was fantastic and we enjoyed having two golf carts to get to where we wanted to go. I can't say enough good things about Rolling Tides. We hope to rent it again!

This has been our favorite home at Fripp so far and we have stayed in many! This home has all of the things you need for a family of varying ages and is very clean! Here are some things we have never experienced in a previous beach house rental. Beach towels, 2 golf carts, baby gear (booster seats, pack-n-play, tons of kid-proof dishes and silverware), crock pot, 2 coffee makers, TV on the screened-in porch, and more! The location is a straight shot to a great beach access that is never too crowded, as well as, right next to the marina, small store, and main restaurant on the island. You will always have a family of deer in the private backyard to watch grazing. Lastly, the layout of the bedrooms and overall house plan was perfect for us (3 couples with 6 children). We even had a spare bunk that wasn't used.

After renting though Fripp Island resort for the past 10 years, we decided to try a private rental. We were beyond impressed with Rolling Tides from the easy booking to the information regarding our arrival. The house is AMAZING! The multiple rooms, the screened in porches, the den, bedrooms and kitchen have everything you need for a great stay! The two golf carts were an added bonus. We had four adults and three kids and there was plenty of space! The house is in the best location to get to the marina, beach club, cabana club and more. We will definitely come back to Rolling Tides.

My family and I have rented this house for our summer vacation several times now. The house is great and has plenty of room. The house is located in a great spot on the island as well. Owners are very responsive. Can’t ask for a better beach house and experience!

We have been visiting Fripp for many years, however this is the first time we stayed at Rolling Tides. The house is immaculate; so clean and was furnished with everything we needed. Our grandchildren loved the backyard for baseball, and the outdoor shower was a big hit. The kitchen was large enough for several to work in and not crowd each other and it was very well stocked. We loved the large dining area that we could all be together. Having the two golf carts was an added plus. The location is so close to the beach access and right next to the marina.
Keith and Katie were amazing to work with. They made sure we had everything we needed and were so accommodating.
Thanks for sharing your home, we will definitely be coming back.

7 long time gal pals stayed at Rolling Tides on Fripp and had a wonderful time. The home was well equipped, clean and spacious. We all enjoyed the screened porch, grilling out, eating on the deck (there were no bugs!) and watching all of the wildlife meandering around. The golf carts made getting around so easy. The beach was great as were the side trips to Hunting Island and Beaufort. I highly recommend Rolling Tides.

We just came back from a week on Fripp Island. This was the first visit to Fripp for my wife and me. We had with us our son and daughter-in-law, three grandkids, and their nanny. Rolling Tides was the absolutely perfect house for our family. From top to bottom, the bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms were sparkling, clean, and the kitchen was wonderfully appointed. All of the common space, including the living room, the decks, and the backyard were great. We played in the backyard, and watched the thunderstorms from the porch at night. I even got to pet a deer from the front yard. We scooted around the island in the golf carts, went to the beach and the pools during the day, and had pizza and ice cream at night. All of it made for a fantastic vacation. We will be back!

My family has been visiting Fripp for many years over the Labor Day weekend. This was the first time we’ve spent a week on the island and Rolling Tides served my family well! The house was as described and as expected. I so much appreciated the cleanliness. That is high on my list! Having 2 golf carts was awesome and allowed us to easily go two different directions when everyone didn’t want to do the same activity. The house is set up well and accommodated our 6 adults and 2 children perfectly. The screened porch was my favorite spot. The pack and play and the booster seat that was provided kept us from having to bring those items. Checking in and out was super easy and the owners were quickly responsive from the time I booked until the time I departed. Thank you for helping my family make lifetime memories!

We had an excellent experience at Rolling Tides Fripp. We’ve been vacationing at Fripp for 4 summers now and this was our best experience to date. The house was immaculate; well stocked with a fresh clean modern look. Bathrooms in every room plus a half downstairs was a MAJOR plus. The owners were very responsive and were pleasant to work with. The golf carts that are included with the rental are in great shape and held a charge all day long. We didn’t have to crank a vehicle up all week. Will definitely be back!

This beach house is great. Perfectly located on Fripp Island. Close to marina, pools, and best beach access. The house itself is beautiful, well maintained, clean, and has all the upgrades you would want in new home. Worked great with my family of 5 adults and three kids. Plenty of room. Golf carts being provided with the house is a great bonus as well. Definitely will be back!

We were traveling for a long weekend with multiple couples. The advantage was each bedroom having its own private bath. The house was very clean and in a great location. The host was also fast to respond!

I am an AirBnB and VRBO host with 3 properties so I have extremely high standards. Rolling Tides Fripp was absolutely amazing! Everything was clean, all the toys and games for the kids were fabulous, the screened in porch was awesome, loved having a big backyard, two golf carts included was a game changer, the decor was beautiful and kitchen was well stocked! There were six adults and four children under the age of three. It was our home away from home for a week and the best family vacation we’ve ever had! You can tell Keith and Katie really take pride in their property and offer the best to their guests! We highly recommend!!!

This is our third stay at Rolling Tides. It is the most beautiful rental home we have ever had, and we have rented many homes. Fripp is just the best place to relax and chill with family. This home has super comfy beds, plenty of space and is always very clean. Our hosts are very kind and responsive. We can’t wait to come back next year.
